Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Clineum, a platform operated by Globotech Solutions, Karachi, Pakistan ("we", "us", "Clineum"). By using Clineum, an institution and its authorized users agree to these Terms.

1. Who these Terms apply to

Clineum is licensed to nursing education institutions ("institution", "you"). Staff, faculty, students, and parents/guardians access the platform as authorized users of the institution's account and are bound by these Terms and the institution's own policies.

2. Account responsibilities

• The institution is responsible for the accuracy of data it enters or uploads into Clineum
• The institution is responsible for managing user access, roles, and permissions for its staff, students, and parents
• Login credentials must not be shared. Each user is responsible for activity under their own account
• The institution must promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized access

3. Payments

Subscription fees are billed according to the pricing plan agreed with the institution. Fee collection from students via JazzCash or Easypaisa is processed directly by those payment providers under their own terms; Clineum does not hold or custody student payment funds.

4. Acceptable use

Users may not:

• Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes another party's rights
• Attempt to access data belonging to another institution (tenant)
• Attempt to circumvent rate limiting, authentication, or other security controls
• Use the AI-assisted features to generate content for purposes unrelated to the institution's academic operations
• Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the platform without our written consent

5. Blockchain credentials

Where enabled, Clineum issues academic credentials to the Cardano network via the Veridian Foundation. Once issued, a credential record is publicly verifiable and cannot be altered. The institution is responsible for confirming a student's eligibility before requesting credential issuance.

6. Availability and support

We aim to keep Clineum available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated to institution administrators where practical. Support is provided according to the institution's subscription tier.

7. Data ownership

The institution retains ownership of all academic, financial, and personal data it enters into Clineum. We act as a data processor on the institution's behalf and will not use institution data for purposes outside operating and improving the platform, except as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription according to the terms of the institution's license agreement. Upon termination, we will make institution data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion, subject to applicable regulatory retention requirements.

9. Limitation of liability

Clineum is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Globotech Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
